Vacancy HR Generalist (Jakarta Pusat – DKI Jakarta)

Responsibilities:
· Responsible for all recruitment activity including sortir CV, interview, negotiate salary, recommend potential candidate, and preparing for new employment
· Assist Head of Department in compensation and benefit activity
· Assist Head of Department in handling training, employee, and industrial relation

Requirements:
· Male/Female, Age max. 27 years old
· Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) from major Law/Psychology/Management
· Experience 1-3 years in recruitment and industrial relation
· Good knowledge in Recruitment, Training & Development, Compensation Benefit, and Industrial Relation will be advantage
· Good English and able to communicate effectively both written and verbal
· Good communication skill and build new relationship
· High Integrity, responsible
