1. Treasury Staff (TS)

Responsibility:

  1. Processes accept/cash withdrawals.
  2. Identify customers, validate and cash checks.
  3. Verify voucher slips, and perform preparation for payment to 3rd parties both for cash and bank.
  4. Perform daily consolidated report balance currency, cash and checks in cash drawer and bank account of Head Office, Factory, and Branches.
  5. Record all transactions promptly, accurately and in compliance with established policies and procedures.
  6. Perform services e.g. explain/advice to related department or 3rd parties, and communicate/correspondence with official bank company.
  7. Perform consolidated monthly cash and bank balance to management.

Requirements:
  1. Female, preferable age max. 28 years old.
  2. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree of Accounting.
  3. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  4. Good command in English, both written and spoken
  5. Relevant computer skills and strong numerical ability.
  6. Accuracy and attention on details.
  7. Good listening and communication skills.
  8. Honesty, integrity, good behavior, teamwork and stress tolerance.
  9. Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.

  11. Placement in Tomang, Jakarta Barat.

2. Finance & Accounting Staff (FAS)

Requirements:
  1. Female, Age max. 35 years old
  2. Min. S1 from Accounting Disciplines / Financial Management
  3. Preferably experienced as Treasury Staff or Finance Controller Staff min. 2 years
  4. Prossess skill in cost accounting
  5. Good command in English, both written and spoken
  6. Able to speak Mandarin both oral & written will be an advantage
  7. Hardworking, diligent, tenacious, honest and able to work together in teams as well as individually
  8. Strong computer skills in Word Processing, Excel, Powerpoint, internet and other relevant office applications
  9. English proficient both in written and speaking
  10. Has good interpersonal relationship, honest, hard worker and communication skill
  11. Responsible, proactive, having good manner, dynamic and outgoing personality
  12. Taking the initiative, problem detection, problem solving, and attention to detail
